Return Eligibility

Unopened and Unused Products:
Unopened and unused products in their original packaging and in new, resalable condition can be returned within 30 days of purchase. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Final Sale Items:
All opened, used, custom-configured, special order items, clearance items, and products missing serial numbers or UPCs are final sale and not eligible for return.

Return Process

Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service Department at info@thetechguysdoorsandgates.com or call us at 310-400-0314. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be included on the return packaging.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including insurance charges. We recommend insuring your return for the value of the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Window:
Once your return is approved, you have 15 days to return the product. If the product is not returned within this window, the return authorization will be canceled, and no refund will be issued.

Condition of Returned Items:
We reserve the right to deny a refund if the products are not returned in new and resalable condition or if the return is not received within the specified time frame.

Refunds

Processing Time:
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If the original payment method is not available, the refund can be issued as store credit or a mailed check.

Restocking Fee:
A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from all refunds for returned products.

Shipping Costs:
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
